Dear Panco,

        I’m a person with a very oily skin type, and due to my oily skin, I suffer skin problems such as severe acne.  Previously, during the autumn season, the weather was really dry.  Due to the drastic change in weather, my skin was not able to adjust and my skin became inflammated.  My dilemma is that during normal seasons, my skin tends to become dramatically oily and from the oiliness, severe acne emerges.  During the dry seasons, my skin becomes dehydrated and starts to flake.  After using a month of medication, I can feel my condition getting better.  I would like to know; will my Panco skin product fully heal my skin problems and improve my skin quality after a long term usage?

Your skin problems are due to many factors such as the nature of oiliness of your skin, acne, dryness, and inflammation.  In order to improve the condition of your skin, you must take the following steps of using our products and be self disciplined in completing them.

1.Due to the medication that you have been using previously, your skin

   results in damage and slowly becoming immune to the medications.

  We must first work towards stabilizing the conditions of you skin by not

   letting it become worse and rinse away the medication out of your

   system. By this, it is necessary to apply deep cleansing mask every day.

2.In addition to applying mask everyday, you must apply Panco’s

   regenerative cream products to start improving the condition.

3.After you skin have been detoxicated and cleansed, you skin will be

   rather fragile.  Therefore, extra care is needed in strengthening the  

   condition of your skin.  Panco products include a line of revitalizing

   products that will help your skin regain its vibrant looks.

4.After this, we focus on the nature of your oily skin and its acne

   problems.  By this, you must apply the balancing toner and cream,

   softener, and restoring cream.

I have two questions.  How do we minimize our pores and can uneven skin become smooth again?

Hello~!

Large pores are a common skin complaint.  The first thing to keep in mind is that no one has invisible pores.  Pores may be enlarged and minimized.  Therefore, if you have enlarged pores, there is absolutely no problem in minimizing them.  Large pores are a result from the glands being blocked by the oil that your skin secretes. 

The most effective way to reduce the appearance of pores is by using one of our three products.

1.Toner: helps tighten the pores

2.Balancing serum: helps cleanse the oil and dirt as well as impurities out of the pores

3.Revitilizing cream: helps smooth out the appearance of large pores.

   If you simply have large pores please use toner and revitalizing cream.

   If you have pores that tend to secrete oil more than normal, please use

   all three products in the order of balancing serum, toner, and then

   revitalizing cream.
